I am a Computer Networks & Cybersecurity specialist. I build secure, scalable environments, automate incident response, and engineer low-level systems from the kernel to the cloud.
About Me
I am currently in my final year at Strathmore University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity (expecting First Class Honors in August 2026). My technical journey is driven by a deep curiosity for how systems communicate at a fundamental level and a strong commitment to securing those communications.
Recently, I completed an internship at the Royal Media Services headquarters. Beyond day-to-day firewall, VLAN, and server management, I thrive on taking initiative. During my time there, I proposed and successfully implemented a project to secure LAN access using existing company Active Directory credentials, bridging the gap between networking hardware and identity management.
Whether I am configuring complex routing protocols, finetuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for threat detection, or writing Ansible playbooks to automate server deployments, my focus is always on precision and scalability.
When I'm not embedded in a terminal or tinkering in my homelab, you can find me reading, travelling, and engaging in community service, such as my Service Based Learning work at K2U Africa.
